I found it to be quite horrible for eyeshadows.. But, today, I found a great way to use it!
It's horribly stiff and just awkward to use with eyeshadows.
It does work wonderfully with MAC paint pots!
I used to apply them with my finger, but today I applied Painterly with this brush, and the result is awesome!
